Our Goal At Jump Start Is To Promote Smart, Healthy, Fit and Confident Children. Jump Start Provides A Fitness-Based Learning Program for Children Ages 3-5. We Offer A Fun and Safe Environment Which Includes Physical Fitness Activivities, Learning Activiities, Music and Movement, Literary Exploration and Other Hands On Activities. We Promote Health and Physical Fitness by Teaching Fun Stretching Techniques and Age Appropriate Gymnastics Skills Aimed At Increasing Balance, Coordination, Strength, and Flexibility. We Believe in Team Participation Which Helps Develop Listening Skills, the Ability To Focus On Goals and Respect for Others.
